Flock Residence

Like many lofts, this one lacked character at the onset. But with creative vision from both the client and the design team, it became a unique modern loft fit for the executive that would inhabit it. Key millwork installations and custom cabinetry were designed to showcase his extensive collection of objects gathered throughout his travels. Custom details like adjustable shelving on the wood wall and two-story draperies added warmth and texture to the space but kept the aesthetic clean and uncluttered. Specially designed furniture picked up the details and materials to complete the look.
